These terms apply when you use the Boop & Bean website (the store) or buy from us. Boop & Bean is run from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

We sell calming wraps, ear hoods and related accessories for dogs and cats. They are comfort accessories, not medical devices or treatments, and every pet responds differently. Always supervise your pet while they wear our products and take them off once things are calm. If your pet's fear or anxiety is severe or getting worse, please talk to your vet.

We try to show our products, colours and sizes accurately, but screens vary and small differences from the photos can happen.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price or product is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud), and if we do we will refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship within Australia. Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more, and a flat A$9.95 on orders under $60. Delivery usually takes 8 to 15 business days, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control.

Size swaps, returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains free size swaps, change-of-mind returns and what happens if something arrives faulty.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Free downloads and emails

Our free Storm Plan is general information to help you prepare for loud nights. It is not veterinary advice. If you sign up for it, we will also send you occasional emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Using the store

Please don't misuse the store, try to break its security, or copy our content, photos, illustrations or branding without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
