Try The Storm Kit or The Storm Kit for Cats for 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right for your pet, email us at hello@boopandbean.com with your order number and we'll refund your order. You keep everything, so there's nothing to post back.
Shipping
We ship across Australia with tracking on every order.
Shipping cost: free on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 pay a flat A$9.95.
Delivery time: usually 8 to 15 business days from when your order is placed. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Getting ready for New Year's Eve? Order by mid-November so there's time for the four-week plan.
Free size swap
If the wrap doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a different size at no cost. Please return the original unworn and unwashed, with its tags.
Returns
You can return other unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you.
If anything arrives faulty or damaged, send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits those rights.
